I lead programmes and projects in construction, from ambition to execution.
I am Gijs Derks, a programme and project manager with 25 years of experience in construction. I lead programmes and projects around innovation, digitalisation and change, and make sure a plan lands on site and in the budget. Circularity and CO₂ are my subject specialism: I am a registered BCI expert.
