Privacy statement
Triangular B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 88505677) handles your data with care. Below you can read which data I process, why, and what choices you have.

- Which data
- What you include in an email or message (name, organisation, email address, phone number, message). And, only with your consent, data about your visit to this website (see Analytics).
- What for
- To respond to your question and, if we work together, to carry out and invoice the assignment. I only use analytics data to improve the website.
- How long
- Contact requests without follow-up are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Administrative records are kept for 7 years (statutory retention period). Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months at most.
- Analytics
- If you give consent, I use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons and links are clicked (such as email, phone, language choice and links to other sites), the type of device and browser, and the country or region. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and the data is not used for advertising. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
- Cookies
- Wix, the hosting provider of this website, sets functional and technical cookies that are needed for hosting, security and the technical operation of the site (such as bSession, client-session-bind, server-session-bind and ssr-caching). These do not require consent. After consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ (followed by a code), which are valid for up to 2 years. Your choice for or against analytics is remembered in your browser (local storage), so you don't have to choose again on every visit. After 12 months I ask again.
- Changing your choice
- You can withdraw or give your consent at any time via , also at the bottom of every page.
- Sharing
- I do not sell your data. The website runs on Wix and analytics runs via Google. Both act as processors. Google may also process data outside the EU; for this, Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Fonts are loaded from this website itself, not via Google.
- Your rights
- You can view, correct or have your data deleted via g.derks@triangular.nu. You can file complaints with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
